Pharmacovigilance
The WHO defines “pharmacovigilance” as the science and activities related to the detection, evaluation, understanding and prevention of the adverse effects of medicines or any other problem related to them.
Examples of this, but not limited are:
Adverse events
Medication errors
Suspected counterfeit
Lack of effectiveness
Misuse and / or abuse of medications
Drug interaction
Quality problem
A quality problem or failure is related to any change such as: inadequate appearance of the content, problems in the container, packaging, insert, doubtful stability, even suspicion of counterfeiting.

2. Fill in all the requested data.

4. Subsequently, you will be contacted by a health professional from Laboratorios Vincenti.
